The Experience Behind the Numbers

For three decades, I've managed the financial performance of some of the largest residential and commercial service platforms in the country. I've seen what it takes to scale a service company from EBITDA of $5M to $25M, and I've also seen where most owners get stuck.

My name is Tim Sparrow.  I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 30 years of professional experience, including 15 years serving as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) where I managed the financial performance of some of the largest and most complex residential and commercial service platforms in the country.  

My experience is unique to say the least:

• I have done audit work as a public accountant, and as CFO, I have successfully guided my companies through dozens of audits.  
• I have prepared tax returns for individuals and companies as a CPA, and I have done detailed tax planning as a CFO.
• For almost 10 years, I worked in New York City gaining experience across the spectrum of lending products, from sub-prime to institutional-grade portfolios.  This led to a deep understanding of commercial banking, extensive experience and expertise in process improvement, and a front-row seat in many M&A events. 

Why I Transitioned to Independent Practice

After all this time in corporate leadership, I realized that small to mid-sized business owners are often underserved.  They have great tax accountants for the end of the year, but they lack the real-time financial clarity needed to make big decisions today.

I founded this practice to bridge that gap.  By combining meticulous bookkeeping with the strategic lens of a CFO, I help owners move past "survival mode" and into a position of market readiness and growth.
